Bulletins Live! Two resources from Michigan State University Extension

MSU Extension and the Pesticide Safety Education Program have developed a number of resources to help pesticide applicators navigate the Bulletins Live! Two system and comply with federal endangered species regulations.

In 2014, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) introduced Bulletins Live! Two (BLT), an enhanced version of its original Bulletins Live! system. This online tool assists pesticide applicators in meeting the requirements of the Federal Endangered Species Act (ESA), which safeguards endangered species and their habitats.

The BLT system helps users identify whether a specific pesticide application (date and location specific) falls within a pesticide use limitation area (PULA). It also provides detailed information on pesticide use restrictions and enables applicators to document their compliance efforts.
