We are inviting researchers, graduate students, specialists and Extension educators to submit posters to be presented at the ANR Week luncheon reception on Tuesday, March 10. The reception begins at 10:30 a.m. and will provide an opportunity to showcase your work to College of Agriculture and Natural Resources stakeholders and those being honored. In addition to the posters, the reception will feature University Development’s core messages of service and scholarship.

All topics associated with the College of Agriculture and Natural Resources are welcomed and encouraged. This is your opportunity to illustrate the breadth and depth that exists in our research and outreach programs.

Please submit a brief summary for review by Mar. 3 to Betsy Braid at braidbet@msu.edu. Posters/displays will be selected to ensure the breadth and depth of research and outreach programs are represented.

Summary Details:

·        Please provide a brief summary of what your poster or display will feature

·        Please indicate if your poster will require power if selected

·        Please indicate if you have any other special needs for your poster or display

Authors of selected posters or displays will be notified by Mar. 6 to ensure enough time for any materials to be developed.

Individuals selected to present their poster or display will receive one free ticket to the luncheon.

If your poster is selected: The author is responsible for ensuring that the prepared poster is in place by 10 a.m. on Tuesday, March 10, 2015 and the author will need to be on hand to answer questions from 10–11:30 a.m.  Posters and materials can be removed at the conclusion of the luncheon around 2 p.m.
