Michigan State University is offering a certification program next month for people seeking federal certification to engage in food processing and canning. Participants can earn their Food and Drug Administration processing and canning certification by completing the courses offered March 17-21 at Michigan State’s Crop and Soil Science Teaching and Research Center.
