The MSU Center for Regional Food Systems and Wallace Center at Winrock International recently released Findings of the 2013 National Food Hub Survey.  This report details survey results from over 100 food hubs – businesses or organizations that manage the aggregation, distribution and marketing of source-identified food products – and demonstrates that food hubs continue to develop as financially viable businesses throughout the U.S.  More information on the survey is located at http://foodsystems.msu.edu/activities/food-hub-survey.
