Greenhouse Crops Cost of Production software training to be held in January

Software training that helps growers calculate costs and profitability for individual greenhouse crops is being offered January 25 in Novi, Mich.

<p>The training will be held on Wednesday, January 25, 2012 from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at <a  class=Tollgate Education Conference Center, 28115 Meadowbrook Road, Novi, Mich (map). Lunch will be provided.  The cost is $70 per person. The training is hosted by Kristin Getter (Floriculture Outreach Specialist, MSU Department of Horticulture) and co-taught by Tom Dudek (Senior Extension Horticulture & Marketing Educator, MSU Extension) and Roger Betz (Senior Extension Agriculture & Agribusiness Educator, MSU Extension).

Participants will need to bring their own laptop computer that has a CD_ROM drive and the ability to use MS Office Excel-97 or newer software. All participants will receive a copy of the new MSU software to take home and use after this training workshop. Please print and mail the form to register. Registration deadline is January 20, 2012.
