MSU School of Packaging Associate Professor Eva Almenar (L) and MS student Jack Fehlberg (C) explain the results of a research project on "Converting Ag waste into Packaging" to Rahel Moges (R) of Addis Ababa, Ethitopia during the University Showcase Presentations at the 2018 United Fresh Produce Association Trade Show in Chicago June 25, 2018.   Moges, managing director of EthioGreen production & indurstry, PLC was attempting to learn how newer packaging materials could extend the shelf life of fresh produce.   The theme of the United Fresh Convention held at McCormick Place was for members to "Discover More".
