Mid-Michigan livestock network meeting in Gladwin on April 18, 2019

Gladwin, MI – The Mid-Michigan Livestock Network, coordinated and supported by Michigan State University Extension Educator Kable Thurlow, will host their April meeting on Thursday April 18, 2019, starting at 7 p.m. The meeting will be held at the Gladwin County Michigan State University Extension Office, located at 555 W Cedar Ave, Gladwin, MI 48624.

Beef cow herd health is critical to achieve great reproductive performance.  This session will cover a complete vaccination and deworming program for the cow herd and address vaccine/conception interference. The speakers for this program will be: Dr. Mike Bolton, Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM), MS Senior Technical Services Specialist and Mr. Ed Lynch, Territory Representative – Central/Northern Michigan, Merck Animal Health.
