MSU Students Show Their Livestock Talents

Recent results from national livestock shows.

Animal Science senior Lauren Ott showed the Grand Champion Market Goat at the December 2018 Arizona National Livestock Show in Phoenix.

The Livestock Judging Team took part in the National Western Stock Show in Denver, Colo., in January. The team was 6th Overall in the Carload Judging Contest, with Brad Chapman placing 8th in the individual division. In the Livestock Judging Contest, the team was 12th overall, up 10 spots from 2018. 

Congratulations to our MSU students! The Livestock Judging Team is coached by Chastin Leggett.
