MSU Tollgate Farm Pumpkinfest announced for October 7-8, 2023
Pumpkinfest will offer options for food, music, interactions with farm animals, educational exhibits, wagon rides and fun for the whole family—not to mention the star of the show: pumpkins!
Michigan State University Extension’s Tollgate Farm and Education Center in Novi is pleased to announce the 2023 dates for their annual Pumpkinfest fundraiser: 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday, October 7 and Sunday, October 8. This fall harvest festival offers fun for all ages, with each ticket providing access to wagon rides to the u-pick pumpkin patch, music, educational exhibits, children’s activities, straw maze, face painting and livestock viewing. Additional tickets can be purchased for select activities, including fishing, pumpkin painting, inflatable archery, target practice, and more.
Tickets for admission will be sold at the gate for $5 per person, with children ages 2 and under free. Pumpkins, cider, donuts and concessions will also be sold during the event. Parking at MSU Tollgate Farm is free through the entrance on Meadowbrook Road, accessible via 12 Mile Road. Follow the signs posted on northbound Meadowbrook Road for directions to the parking area.
This event is made possible due to the generous contributions of community sponsors, including Vibe Credit Union, Today’s Orthodontics & Pediatric Dentistry, Great Lakes Ace Hardware, Weingartz, Geese Chasers of Southeast Michigan and Motor City Mobile Bar.
