MSU Web Services and Cascade Server

MSU IT Web Hosting offers MSU units and MSU-affiliated organizations the ability to put their websites online with an approved domain name of their choice. Cascade Server is an enterprise-level web content management system.

MSU IT Web Services offers MSU units and MSU-affiliated organizations the ability to put their websites online with an approved domain name of their choice. MSU IT manages the web hosting account setup and routine system tasks.

Customers manage their website content and/or application code while MSU IT manages daily system administration (including nightly backups), monthly log file rotation, and server upgrades.

This is a good resource/solution for units who are not affiliated with ANR or who intend to maintain their own website long-term.

 

 

 

Cascade Server is an enterprise-level web content management system that improves site usability, provides easier and less costly maintenance of websites for university units, and assists with brand integration for Michigan State University websites.

This is a good resource/solution for websites with content that is related to MSU but not related to any larger unit within ANR.
