Nursery update June 28 in Saginaw, Mich.

MSU Extension is offering an update on current issues facing nursery growers in Michigan.

Join us for an informative afternoon (1 to 4:30 p.m.) on June 28 at Kluck’s Nursery in Saginaw, Mich. The program will feature a discussion of current issues facing nursery growers such as:

Kluck's hemlock

We will also be touring Kluck’s Nursery. They offer over 500 varieties of shade trees, ornamental trees, shrubs, evergreens and perennials, including a large supply of specialty evergreens and topiaries. Over 70 percent of these plants are grown on their 350-acre nursery.

The cost for the program is $10. We are applying for pesticide recertification credits.
