November 13, 2018
We are offering a year-end special for our online-based NCI Charrette System certificate training. If you are looking for a way to stay current during the winter months, then take advantage of this opportunity. From now through Dec. 31, those who register for this program will enjoy a $90 savings off the regular rate and pay just $695. Be sure to reserve your space today!
This non-credit course provides the same in-depth working knowledge of the NCI Charrette System Certificate Training with an emphasis on design thinking as if you were attending the certificate training in-person. It also offers advanced collaborative innovation processes and is equivalent to the 2.5-day NCI classroom training.
This course will equip participants with a flexible, yet replicable, systematic project management process that can be applied to any type of design or planning project. The best part is it is available for you to access online at your own place and on your own time!
Through this 20-hour training, participants will learn to activate the unique creative potential of all stakeholders by embedding them in the design process to co-create a transformative plan, while saving time and money.
They will also learn how to assess any design project, and determine the right type of charrette--a series of meetings to resolve conflicts and map solutions--and its associated scope and budget.
This course is approved for 20 continuing education hours by the American Institute of Architects (AIA), and by the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP) for 20 certificate maintenance credits. For those thinking about ways to maintain their professional credential, this course will go a long way to meet those requirements.
When: Whenever it fits best in your schedule; anytime of the day or night. Access is available for three months.
Where: Your office, your home, etc.
Who: Anyone involved in transforming communities and organizations, including city and regional planners, public health staff, developers, architects, land and transportation planning consultants, and citizen advocates.
