Resetting Your Password using OWA

Instructions on how to reset your ANR account password using the ANR Outlook Web App (OWA).

It is important that you choose a strong and secure password that you will remember. Strong passwords are at least 8-14 characters long and contain characters from three of the following four categories:

  1. Uppercase Letters (A through Z)
  2. Lowercase Letters (a through z)
  3. Numbers (0 through 9)
  4. Non-Alphabetic Characters/Symbols (!, $, #, %, etc.)

 

Resetting Your ANR Password Using OWA

  1. Go to your ANR Email (OWA).
  2. Select This is a Private computer.
  3. Enter your ANR Username and Password.
  4. Select Log On.

  5. Select the Gear Icon.
  6. Select Change Password.

  7. Enter your Current and New Password in the appropriate fields.
  8. Select Save.
    NOTE: After saving, you may need to re-enter your username and password and sign in again.

  9. You will be notified when your password has been changed successfully.
