What degree did you earn?: Master of Science in Plant Breeding, Genetics, and Biotechnology

What is your current Job: Assistant Grower at Common Citizen. I comanage a team of 25 employees on cultivation tasks and manage abiotic environmental factors using PRIVA within the greenhouse to promote healthy plant growth. 

How did MSU help get you to where you are professionally: My thesis project taught me how to think critically and manage my time. Drs. Cholani Weebadde and Abbi Thompson taught plant breeding classes that I found to be incredibly useful in enhancing my knowledge of plant biology.

Your best memory: Passing my thesis exam.

Any advice for students? Take care of yourself both mentally and physically. Do your best to develop a work life balance. Working all the time does not make you more productive it will just burn you out. You will be more productive if you give you mind a chance to rest.
