To help respond to the needs of Michigan farmers and their families, Michigan State University Extension developed a farm stress management workshop. It was designed for agricultural producers and those who work within the agricultural community. Come learn how to recognize and respond to those who may be struggling with stress, anxiety, depression, burnout, indecision or suicidal thoughts. Everyone is welcome to attend with special emphasis to producers, farmers, agriculture industry representatives, agricultural financial assistance creditors and crop and livestock advisers.

This workshop will take place on Oct. 15, 2019 from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the Gratiot-Isabella RESD Building, 1131 E. Center St., Ithaca, MI 48847. Lunch will be provided, so come hungry!

Those interested in attending can register at https://events.anr.msu.edu/farmstressgratiot/

We hope to see you there!
