Where did your MSU Urban & Regional Planning degree take you?

After graduating from MSU in Spring 2017, I attended Indiana University’s O’Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs. In 2019, I graduated with a Master’s in Public Affairs (MPA) and started working for Saugatuck Township as the Township Manager. While in this role, the Township Team implemented new policies, processes, and procedures as well as initiated long-term planning projects that not only benefit the community immediately, but set it up to be successful in the future.

In early 2021, I’ll be starting a new position as assistant city manager for the City of South Haven. I’m very excited for the opportunity to serve my hometown, and to experience working in another one of West Michigan’s premier lakefront communities.
