Michigan 4-H Foundation trustees are volunteers who serve as community advocates for 4-H and lead and manage the operation of the Michigan 4-H Foundation. Three positions on the board are reserved for trustees between the ages of 16 and 22. These youth trustees, all 4-H members, provide a youth voice to the board and help it to keep to the 4-H mission.

Jordan has been a member of Wayne County 4-H for the past seven years. Through his involvement in 4-H, he has been a 4-H Clovers CODE (Creating Opportunities Designed for Everyone) teen leader and a Michigan 4-H State Youth Leadership Council member. He developed his leadership skills by representing Michigan 4-H at both the National 4-H Congress in Atlanta, Georgia, and the National 4-H Conference in Washington, D.C.

Along with this 4-H experience, Jordan has worked with youth by being a lifeguard and Group STEM^2 facilitator at the Boll Family YMCA. He additionally served as a food server for the Bridging Communities Eldercare Program and was a junior police cadet through Grow Detroit’s Young Talent, a citywide summer job program for young adults. Jordan is currently attending Indiana State University with a major in Psychology and minor in Music.
