    SAFE Training

    May 23, 2019 - November 12, 2019 7/22, 8/21, 11/12 9 a.m. - 3 p.m.

    SAFE (Screening Applicants for Effectiveness) training is essential training to ensures the safety of children and youth. Learn to identify signs of concern and know how to address difficult situations before they affect our youth audiences.

    Zoom Webinar Training | September 24

    September 24, 2019 10:00AM - 12:00PM

    In this two hour training participants will learn the basic features of Zoom webinar including how to manage video settings, share a presentation or computer screen, and how to communicate with participants.

    Two Day Multicultural Self-Awareness Workshop

    November 19, 2019 - November 20, 2019

    All MSU Extension employees regardless of funding source or appointment are expected to attend this “cornerstone” multicultural workshop which sets an organizational framework for recognizing, understanding and appreciating differences.

    December 30, 2020 - December 31, 2020

    Self-access, online course for employees involved in program evaluation or who want to better understand how programs are evaluated should take this course.

    This course, which is still under pilot, is recommended for anyone who currently applies for grants or anticipates doing so in the future.

    Modules on various topics which are relevant to all positions in MSU Extension: Civil Rights, MS Outlook & Productivity, EBS / Budgets, Branding & Marketing, Travel Expense Reports, Meetings, and Philanthropy.

    Vend (D2L)

    December 30, 2020 - December 31, 2020

    This course is required for anyone who will be using the cash register and VEND system. You can self-enroll.
