Alondra Ramirez-Carrasco
Alondra Ramirez-Carrasco is a Community Nutrition Instructor with the Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Program (EFNEP) at Michigan State University Extension. She recently earned a degree in Dietetics and Nutrition from CNED in France and has been living in Michigan since 2010. Passionate about healthy eating, Alondra actively promotes home cooking and is the co-author of a Mexican cookbook published in France.
She holds a Master's degree in Communication from the Vrije Universiteit Brussel in Belgium and has professional experience with nonprofit organizations in the French cultural sector.
Alondra is fluent in Spanish, French, and English. In her free time, she enjoys attending concerts, hiking, and reading inspiring books.
