Andrea Besley is Assistant Director for Operations for IFLR. Prior to joining our team in January 2017, she was Program Coordinator for our sister program, the Global Food Law Master’s LL.M./M.J., and Assistant Director for Graduate and International Programs at MSU College of Law. Andrea earned a BA in Political Studies from Queen's University (Kingston, Canada) and an MBA from the University of Ottawa (Ottawa, Canada). She also has 15 years’ experience in project management, grant writing, communication and outreach, and event planning at Cornell University.
