Anita Carter has a B.A. from Northern Michigan University, Michigan State Teaching Certificate History/Psychology with a Middle School Endorsement and Early Childhood Endorsement.  She has been working in Michigan State University Extension to bring programming to the western end of the Upper Peninsula.  Her interest to reach all families and all ages, to offer opportunities to improve their life circumstances, has been supported by the Michigan State University Extension Mission:
