Ayala Wineman is a fixed term Assistant Professor in the department of Agricultural, Food, and Resource Economics (AFRE). She is a Co-PI on the Research Supporting African MSMEs to Provide Safe and Nutritious Food (RSM2SNF) project and serves as Research Coordinator for the Global Child Nutrition Foundation. Her research relates broadly to rural development and food security focusing on food systems transformation, nutrition, and agricultural land markets. Her work is primarily in sub-Saharan Africa.
