Carrie Green Horstman
In 2021 Carrie Horstman assumed the 4-H development officer role in addition to continuing as assistant director of development with the MSU College of Agriculture and Natural Resources, a role she has held since 2018. Horstman is responsible for donor relations and special and major fund development on behalf of the Michigan 4-H Foundation and MSU Extension.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in organizational communication from Michigan State University and is pursuing a master’s degree in strategic communications.
