Background

Registered Dietitian (RD) with experience in foodservice management and clinical dietetics in skilled care.  Active member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, the Michigan Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, and the Management in Food and Nutrition Systems dietetic practice group.  Holds the National Restaurant Association’s ServSafe Certification with Instructor and Proctor status.
