Bailey Scholars Program
Recruitment and Engagement Convener
Erin Kramer is the Community Engagement and Recruitment Convener for the Bailey Scholars Program. She is in her third year pursuing a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Work and Leadership of Organizations, Human Behavior in Social Services, and Leadership in Integrated Learning minors at Michigan State University. She especially enjoys interacting with Bailey Scholars at community engagement events she organizes and participating in the learning process that occurs in the Bailey Scholars Program required classes.
Erin is beyond excited to be working another year with a community whose mission includes the creation of an inclusive and creative learning community at Michigan State. When Erin isn't in the "Space" or in class, you can find her practicing yoga, exploring the natural areas of East Lansing, or reading! If there is anything you should remember about Erin, it is that she has a knack for organization, a weakness for iced coffee, and a visceral confidence in the saying “life begins at the end of your comfort zone.”
