Background and Research Interests
Farida took both her undergraduate and postgraduate (MPhil) degrees in Food Science from the University of Ghana. She has two years of work experience as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Ghana, and a further two years as a Product and Nutrition Manager at Aspire Food Group, Ghana. She hopes to create social impact by focusing on research that communicates key principles of Food Science to underprivileged societies.
