Ghaida Batarseh Havern is a maternal, infant, and early childhood health educator with MSU Extension’s Health and Nutrition Institute. In this role, Ghaida provides public health nutrition interventions for the maternal, infant, & early childhood population within the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program Education program. 

In her previous role with MSU Extension, Ghaida served as a food safety educator for Macomb, Oakland, and Wayne counties. Ghaida received her bachelor's degree in health sciences with a concentration in nutrition from Oakland University, and a master of science in nutrition and food science from Wayne State University.
