In addition to the above programs, Hanna is trained with an M.S. in Nutrition/Dietetics, Health Promotion across the lifespan, and a variety of Mindfulness techniques.
Hanna takes special interest in mindfulness, nutrition, intuitive eating, cooking, feeding children, mind-body practices, the effects of stress on the body, and trauma-informed practices. She enjoys exploring and connecting many forms of wellbeing practices to integrate social, emotional, physical, mental, and emotional health into daily living.
