Hanna Hotchkiss is a Michigan State University Extension Health and Nutrition Program Instructor for Washtenaw, Livingston, Lenawee, Jackson, Hillsdale and Monroe Counties

In addition to the above programs, Hanna is trained with an M.S. in Nutrition/Dietetics, Health Promotion across the lifespan, and a variety of Mindfulness techniques.  

Hanna takes special interest in mindfulness, nutrition, intuitive eating, cooking, feeding children, mind-body practices, the effects of stress on the body, and trauma-informed practices. She enjoys exploring and connecting many forms of wellbeing practices to integrate social, emotional, physical, mental, and emotional health into daily living.
