Jane works within the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program in District 3, covering Leelanau and Grand Traverse counties. 

Jane is a Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Educator with a career in the nutrition field for over 20 years. She has a wide range of public health, clinical and diabetes knowledge. Jane's current role at MSU Extension has provided an opportunity to share her knowledge with a diverse population. She loves helping others learn new skills that will empower them to try new foods and look at familiar ones in a healthier way.
