Jennifer Marcy is a scholar-practitioner with over 15 years of international experience. She designs, manages, and provides technical assistance to programs that seek to strengthen individual and organizational capacity, helping to create resilient and inclusive communities. She has coordinated multidisciplinary teams spanning academia, corporations, non-profit organizations, and for-profit firms, developing global partnerships working to address major development issues. Dr. Marcy’s international work experience spans Africa, Eastern Europe, Middle East, and Latin America. Her research examines the global mobility of students, cross-border university partnerships, and the socialization and transnational experiences of international students. Dr. Marcy holds a Ph.D. in Higher, Adult, and Lifelong education from Michigan State University.
