Laura Young serves as a Sustainability Program Coordinator for the Office of Sustainability at Michigan State University. In this role, she develops and promotes sustainability programs, manages the Student Sustainability Leadership Council, and supports tracking and reporting sustainability metrics for the university. Laura looks forward to engaging with CSUS students, faculty, staff and alumni to advance a sustainable and equitable future. She previously served seven years as a Research and Outreach Coordinator for the MSU Institute of Water Research. She holds a master's degree in Community Sustainability and bachelor's degrees in Environmental Studies and Russian from Michigan State University.
