Laura Quist
Laura Quist has been supporting Michigan 4-H Environmental & Outdoor Education programs since 2018. She has also had roles supporting the 4-H Programs in Missaukee and Wexford Counties. She came to Michigan 4-H in 2005, when she became involved with Michigan 4-H Foundation's Kettunen Center, instructors youth and intergenerational programs, before becoming a volunteer 4-H club leader and later joining MSU Extension staff.
Laura studied Biology at St. Andrews University in North Carolina and has a love for connecting youth with the outdoors. She's worked with non-profit organizations throughout her career, including zoos, school systems, government agencies, and hunting and wildlife conservation organizations; all depended and thrived on the power and passion of devoted volunteers.
