  • Internship at a large jersey dairy farm in the Central Valley of California and studied all aspects of managing dairy.
  • Internship with Purina Animal Nutrition working within the dairy industry on calf and heifer nutrition and transition cow health
  • Student assistant for the Michigan Department of Agriculture and Rural Development in the Environmental Stewardship Division
  • Working at the MSU Dairy Store (Dairy Store favorites: Sesquicentennial Swirl ice cream and smoked cheddar cheese)

Undergraduate Research

  • Assistant at the MSU Dairy Farm for a dairy nutrition research project and help PhD students

Study Abroad

  • Participated in International Leadership Seminar sponsored by the National FFA Organization for State FFA Officers in South Africa
