I have been conducting ethnographic research in the lower Omo region (Debub Omo Zone, Ethiopia) for the past six years. Currently a PhD candidate in Nanterre, I am writing a monography about the town of Jinka as a center for the production of images and knowledge and for activities of culture brokerage.
