Email:

Megan Wilczynski is a Michigan State University Extension 4-H Program Coordinator in Branch County.

She has served in this role since December 2022. In her role as 4-H program coordinator, Megan provides leadership and management of local 4-H programs, volunteers, and youth participants in Branch County. She promotes and strengthens the Branch County 4-H program by developing programs and partnerships with the help of the amazing volunteers and many 4-H councils and advisory boards. Megan is also the liaison for the state Michigan 4-H office and helps to ensure that state-wide opportunities and information is available to local participants.

Megan grew up in Branch County’s 4-H program and took part in project areas of all kinds such as canning, freezing, basket weaving, market hogs, livestock judging, starter calves, sewing, quilting as well as several leadership roles in her club and county programs.

Megan had always known she wanted to work within her community and had for several years working at a local bank but her passion was in her volunteerism with the 4-H youth program. Once her 4-H youth career was over Megan went straight into a Branch County 4-H Leader roll in her club and at the county level serving for 15 years prior to joining MSU Extension in late 2022.
