My research interests are genomic evaluation, genomic prediction, and genetics and genomics of reproduction in dairy cattle. My thesis research project is focused on genome wide association analysis of Anti Mullerian hormone (AMH) to identify the candidate genes associated with its expression in dairy Holstein heifers, and estimation of genomic heritability of AMH to explore the possibility of its use as a correlated character to improve selection response for reproductive potential of dairy herd.
