Parker Banas is first year M.S. student working with Dr. Meredith Gore on Conservation Criminology at Michigan State University. Parker also works as an Assistant Community Director at Holden Hall. Parker received his B.S. in Kinesiology from MSU in 2013. One of Parker's greatest passions in life is traveling and he recently returned from a month long trip exploring Canada, Cape Breton being his favorite destination on that trip. His other favorites include Paris, France, Bern, Switzerland and Cinque Terre, Italy. Parker is also dedicated to being outdoors as much as possible in life which includes hiking, kayaking, nature photography, soccer, lacrosse, and much more. When he is inside Parker enjoys writing poetry, playing board games, cooking, and researching where he wants to travel next. One of Parker's main goals is to travel to every country in the world as well as each Unites States National Park.
