Becky Swayne is a program manager for Target Corporation, managing the Food and Essentials recall team. This role supports over 1800 retail stores and over 30 distribution centers. She holds a Bachelor’s of Science from the University of La Crosse Wisconsin, and is currently attending Michigan State University toward her Master’s in Food Safety.
Ms. Swayne has an extensive background of over 20 years in the food industry. She has worked over 8 years in microbiological laboratories conducting pathogen testing on various foods and ingredients. In addition she has worked in research and development and quality assurance manager roles.
Ms. Swayne is a guest contributor to the IFLR course Regulatory Leadership in Food Law.
