Rosali Collier is a Michigan State University Extension 4-H Program Coordinator in Leelanau County. She has served in this role since 2016.

In her role as 4-H Program Coordinator, Rosali provides leadership and management of local 4-H programs, volunteers, and youth participants. She promotes and strengthens the Leelanau County 4-H program by developing programs and partnerships, promoting and evaluating 4-H programs, and recruiting and training volunteers. Rosali also serves as a liaison between the Michigan 4-H state office and Leelanau County to help ensure that statewide opportunities and information are available to local 4-H participants.

Rosali has bachelors’ degrees in Audiology and Speech Sciences from Michigan State University and English (with a focus on elementary education) from Grand Valley State University. She came to the 4-H program coordinator position with more than a decade of experience working in local schools with youth of all ages (preschool and up). Rosali’s professional goal has always been to help people within an educational setting; being part of MSU Extension has helped her to achieve that goal. She has been a resident of Leelanau County since 2003 and lives in the village of Suttons Bay with her family.
