Roxanne Turner
Roxanne Turner is a Michigan State University Extension Educator with a statewide assignment in the Leadership, Civic and Cultural Engagement Team. Roxanne promotes positive youth development in partnership with other MSU Extension colleagues through collaboration and cooperation involving young people, parent/guardian/family members, service providers and community leaders.

In addition, Roxanne serves as the District 8 Children, Youth Institute Supervisor where she provides support and guidance to the 4-H staff in that area. District 8 is comprised of Gratiot, Clinton, Montcalm, Ionia, Eaton and Ingham Counties.
Roxanne holds a Masters in Criminology with an emphasis on youth. She also provides leadership to statewide programs such as the Spectacular Youth Leadership Institute, Citizenship Washington Focus and Capitol Experience.
