MSU Extension

Samantha (Sam) Bloom is a Michigan State University Extension 4-H Program Coordinator based in Kent County, Michigan. 
In this role, she oversees leads and oversees the development and management of the local 4-H program, including volunteers and youth participants. Sam has a background in animal science and conservation education with a bachelor's in Sustainable Parks, Recreation, and Tourism from Michigan State University. She is currently working towards her master's degree in Outdoor Leadership with a concentration in Conservation Education. 

Prior to this role, Sam was the Community Programs Coordinator at San Antonio Zoo for six years.
