Sara is a partner inthe Toronto law firm of Norton Rose Fulbright Canada LLP.  She assists companies regulated by Health Canada, including those in the food and beverage industry, obtain market access and in all areas of compliance.

Sara helps clients navigate the regulatory landscape imposed by the Food and Drugs Act and its related regulations, including in the development and implementation of products and market access strategies. On the compliance side, she provides strategic advice on advertising and marketing programs (including label review), compliance programs relating to manufacturing and import, privacy matters and intellectual property issues.

Sara also works with clients in matters relating to product non-compliance, including advocacy before Health Canada’s Inspectorate, crisis management and product recalls.
