Shay Jobson serves as the 4-H Program Coordinator for Michigan State University Extension in Crawford County, a role she began in 2025. In this position, Shay leads the planning, management, and delivery of local 4-H programs, overseeing volunteer engagement and youth participation. She is dedicated to growing and strengthening the 4-H program by building community partnerships, developing impactful programming, evaluating outcomes, and recruiting and training volunteers to support youth development.

A proud 4-H alumna, Shay began her journey in her local 4-H program through crafts, drawing clubs, Clover bud camps, and various leadership roles at both the club and county levels. Prior to joining MSU Extension, she owned and operated a preschool and child care center, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education from Grand Canyon University. ( Lopes Up!) With years of experience in education and community involvement, Shay brings a deep passion and commitment to her role. She is excited to share her energy and expertise to help inspire and develop the next generation of leaders in Crawford County.
