MSU Extension Grand Traverse County Extension Office

Terra Bogart, M.S., is a Nutrition and Physical Activity Supervising Educator based in Grand Traverse County, MI. Together with her team she covers two districts and 13 counties in lower Michigan from Antrim County all the way down to Isabella County. She works closely with her team of Community Nutrition Instructors to provide effective and engaging nutrition and physical activity education to community residents and support policy, systems and environmental change initiatives that aim to make the healthy choice the easy choice. 

Terra is a graduate of University of Michigan where she earned a Bachelor of Arts  in Anthropology, as well as a graduate of Michigan State University where she completed her Master’s degree specializing in school garden-based nutrition education curriculum through the Department of Community Sustainability.
