Background and Research Interests

Xiaoran (Summer) Yu graduated from Michigan State University with a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics.  During her time as an undergraduate student, Summer was an educator for Dr. Tucker’s SLEEP study and volunteered with the MSU Student Food Bank. She is interested in nutrition’s role in mental illness and public health.
