Apple Dip

Apples are packed full of heart-healthy fiber and they make a great grab and go snack. Try dipping your next apple in this tasty Apple Dip!

Prep Time: 5 Minutes


  • ½ cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1 Tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon honey


  1. Wash your hands for 30 seconds with hot water and soap.
  2. Sanitize all food prep surfaces and cooking utensils.
  3. Add all ingredients to bowl and mix together.
  4. Serve w apples!
