Chocolate Cherry Energy Bites
Cherries contain nutrients such as vitamin C and fiber. Michigan cherries are delicious fresh and they're available year round, frozen and dried.

Ingredients
- 1 cup quick or old fashioned oats
- ½ cup dried coconut
- ½ cup mini chocolate chips
- ½ cup chopped dried cherries
- ½ cup peanut butter
- ¼ cup honey
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Instructions
- Wash your hands for 30 seconds with hot water and soap.
- Sanitize all food prep surfaces and cooking utensils.
- Add ingredients to a mixing bowl and stir well.
- Roll into Tablespoon size bites.
