Cucumber Salad

This fresh salad requires few ingredients and you can season to your taste!

Ingredients

  • 2 cucumbers
  • 1 red onion
  • 3 Tablespoons vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Wash your hands for 30 seconds with hot water and soap.
  2. Sanitize all food prep surfaces and cooking utensils.
  3. Rinse and scrub all produce.
  4. Slice cucumbers and onion.
  5. Combine vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper into a mixing bowl and stir together until sugar is dissolved.
  6. Add vegetables to bowl and mix together.

Serving Suggestion:

Add dill to top for added flavor.
