Easy and healthy microwavable popcorn! Skip the overpriced movie theater style popcorn bags and pop your own at home. It only takes 3 minutes and you control the amount of oil and salt you add, so it's much healthier!

Prep Time: 2 Minutes

Cook Time: 3 Minutes


  • ¼ cup popcorn kernels
  • 1 teaspoon oil


  1. Wash your hands for 30 seconds with hot water and soap.
  2. Mix popcorn and oil in a bowl.
  3. Pour popcorn into small paper lunch bag.
  4. Fold top of bag over 4 times.
  5. Microwave until popping stops, about 3 minutes.
  6. Enjoy!
