Healthier Microwave Popcorn
Easy and healthy microwavable popcorn! Skip the overpriced movie theater style popcorn bags and pop your own at home. It only takes 3 minutes and you control the amount of oil and salt you add, so it's much healthier!

Cook Time: 3 Minutes
- ¼ cup popcorn kernels
- 1 teaspoon oil
- Wash your hands for 30 seconds with hot water and soap.
- Mix popcorn and oil in a bowl.
- Pour popcorn into small paper lunch bag.
- Fold top of bag over 4 times.
- Microwave until popping stops, about 3 minutes.
