Try this simple, refreshing way to enjoy Michigan strawberries!

  • 1 cup washed and sliced strawberries
  • 1 cup skim milk or orange juice
  • 1 small banana
  • 4 ice cubes
  • Optional – add more ice


  1. Wash your hands for 30 seconds with hot water and soap.
  2. Sanitize all food prep surfaces and cooking utensils.
  3. Rinse and scrub all produce.
  4. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  5. Serve cold.
