Strawberry Shake

Ingredients
- 1 cup washed and sliced strawberries
- 1 cup skim milk or orange juice
- 1 small banana
- 4 ice cubes
- Optional – add more ice
Instructions
- Wash your hands for 30 seconds with hot water and soap.
- Sanitize all food prep surfaces and cooking utensils.
- Rinse and scrub all produce.
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Serve cold.
